Our raffle quilt is finished, photographed and ready for marketing. All we need now is a name. Send us your suggestion - you could win a small prize! Thank you for your help making the quilt and for helping us find a name.

Quilt Show Ad Person Needed
We need you - to be our Ad Person keeping track of advertisers for our booklet. This plea has been unanswered as of yet .... there is still time for someone to step in and join the fun.
Quilt Show 2012 Boutique
The Quilt Show boutique sells two categories of merchandise: 1. Merchandise made by the Guild as group where 100% of the selling price goes to the Guild. Ideas for projects wanted! Contact Benje at enjefreed@gmail.com 2. Items made by members for sale where the Guild gets only 15% of the profits.
More volunteer jobs - sign-up will be closer to the date of the show.
Set-up
Friday evening, October 19th
Jobs:
• Volunteers (for a shift or all evening). There are lots of jobs, and we welcome and appreciate family and friends helping. We need folks to hang quilts, arrange the room and more. Let me know if you need a sit-down job or other specific job.
• Vendor assistant, helping vendors set up on Friday
• We will need ladders - tall and smaller lightweight ones
Show Days
Saturday & Sunday, October 20th and 21st
Jobs:
• Staff the admissions and the raffle ticket tables
• Greeters, “Floaters”, Substitutes
• “White glove” helpers assist viewers with quilts and answer questions
• Boutique salesperson (Selling items made by Guild members)
• Food - provide snacks for the volunteers
Take Down
Sunday afternoon, October 21st
• All Hands on Deck--the show comes down in a blink as everyone works in unison dismantling the show.
Raffle Quilt Tickets
Guild members will be asked to promote and sell raffle quilt tickets. Each member will receive a packet of tickets to sell, additional tickets will also be available. Prizes will be awarded for the most tickets sold! If anyone would like to chair the outside venues to show and prompt the raffle ticket sales please let us know!

The quilt show challenge if for any quilt that uses fusibles and/or embellishments. What will you create?
