Meetings and Events
We meet once a month on a Monday night, from 6:45 - 9 pm between September and June. At 6:45 we visit, sign up for events, pick up or drop off projects for Outreach programs, check out guild library books, buy in-house raffle tickets, and enjoy refreshments. At 7:15 the meeting begins. We always introduce new members and guests, have show and tell, make announcements, and then proceed to our speaker or program.
Additional quilting events are planned throughout the year. If you want to sponsor an activity, share your idea with any member of the board. Guests and friends of members are always welcome.

Monday, March 5
Goodnow Library, 645 - 9pm
Mad Hatter Tea Party and Block Making
Saturday, March 17
Sudbury Baptist Church, 9am - 4pm
A bit of silly fun AND sewing -- what a great combination! The party will include a Best
Hat Contest so wear your most fabulous millinery and you might win a prize. Whether
quilted, bejeweled, knitted or felted, we look forward to seeing a bevy of beautiful bonnets!
We will also be sewing a simple square-in-a-square paper-pieced block out of batiks,
which will be assembled into a donation quilt. Bring your suggestions for a charity or group
you'd like us to donate the quilt to. Also, bring sewing machine and supplies plus large
batik scraps and/or batik fat quarters that you can donate to the cause. Caring Hearts blocks
will also be available to hand- or machine-sew.The party will feature tea sandwiches, cakes,
scones and tea. Don't forget to bring your tea cup. We hope to see you there! Donations of batik fabric are welcome even if you cannot attend the party. For questions, please contact Jane H., Marianne or Kristine.
